Nestcoin is a new venture building an exciting array of products aimed at promoting crypto awareness, acquisition, and adoption.

We are looking for an empathetic, curious, and analytical professional to support research efforts at the company. You will be working closely with our lead UX researcher to help foster a user-centered culture. You will also collaborate with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to influence product design at Nestcoin.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the lead UX Researcher to support generative, iterative, and evaluative research.
• Gather hypotheses for research studies from a wide range of sources, including secondary sources.
• Recruit users for research studies, schedule these studies, and manage the participant panel.
• Collaborate with product management, product design, growth, and technology teams to define research goals and questions.
• Create discussion guides for user interviews and usability tests.
• Plan, observe, and moderate research studies.
• Identify and highlight recurring themes and patterns in research findings.
• Synthesise and share research findings in a variety of formats, including written reports, presentations, and journey maps.
• Assist in creating and managing an internal UX research repository.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a UX researcher or fields with transferable skills like market research, academic research, B2B writing, and UX design.
• Very strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Curious and always wants to know why things are the way they are (you ask a lot of questions).
• Excellent understanding of common user experience research methods.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn new skills and topics.
• Ability to discover and unearth findings most people can’t.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
