Responsibilities

• Lead growth marketing campaigns across multiple audience channels focusing on companies and developers in the crypto space
• Grow Rift’s social media presence in online channels and communities across different platforms
• Stay up to date on top memes from crypto twitter
• Keep pace with new innovations in the DeFi space and deliver research reports to the rest of the team
• Craft viral campaigns that raise the awareness and capture developer communities
• Assist in executing strategic and operational goals
  
  

Preferences

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline (preferred)
• 3+ years in business development role at similarly sized startup
• Proven knowledge and interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi space
• Expertise in growth marketing campaigns and social media strategy
• Self-starter with a creative, strategic, and enthusiastic drive
• Adept at using marketing tools to optimize output
• Solutions-minded and data-driven with the ability to work efficiently and automate tasks
• Ambition — we are a team of extremely motivated, hard working individuals and we are looking for any new team member to match our drive
