Role Maple is at the very beginning of scaling the commercial vertical to match the increasing development features of our platform, protocol and rapidly expanding client, customer and user base. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, design, and with the Founders to analyse Maple’s market, user personas and product to craft Maple's brand messaging. Then communicate this to drive sales and user growth. Quantify the outcomes of these events and campaigns to become ever more effective. We are building the strongest team in this emerging intersection of FinTech, Crypto/DeFi, and Capital Markets.

The Opportunity This is the first Senior Marketing position we have hired for, to this point we have utilised external agencies for this level of support and a talented and proven Marketing Officer who’ll report in to you and provide you with 1st class support whilst you mentor and develop them for a very promising career. Using all of your experience and knowledge to date, you will get to define, build, run, deliver and lead the evolution of a marketing function at the most exciting Capital Markets FinTech and directly impact its global success. You’ll have around you a team of exceptional talent, Maple’s Senior Product Manager (previously Google and Ripple), Head of Capital Markets (previously Gemini), Design Lead (previously Kraken) and of course the rest of the Maple team, who boast a similar pedigree of backgrounds and experience.
