We seek a Corporate Secretary to join our legal team and support day-to-day legal activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the day-to-day legal team activities, ensure smooth documentation processes, and facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the systematic arrangement of the Company’s corporate documents, ensuring they’re organized and comply with all relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with notaries to smoothly execute the Company’s corporate actions, maintaining open communication and ensuring all legal requirements are met with precision.
  • Engage with offshore corporate secretaries in effective communication, ensuring alignment with Pintu’s offshore entities and their respective corporate governance structures.
  • Involve in tasks related to the above responsibilities to handle any additional matters that may arise in the realm of corporate secretarial functions.

Who We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in a relevant professional capacity.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
  • In-depth understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law.
  • A commitment to meticulous work practices, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proficient in managing work and documents in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Effective Work and Document Management.
