What we are looking for: We are looking for a VP DevOps Engineer who will build and maintain our infrastructure. You will be working with globally distributed teams and departments including Operations, Engineering, Finance, Business Development and HR. Finally, you will work with innovative creative ways to automate and take a data-driven and best infrastructure approach, planning, implementing, reporting and contributing with the projects, and an ability to assimilate and work with collaboration tools and complete analysis. The role holder will also be capable of implementing infrastructure procedures and policies. To fulfill this job successfully, a strong technology management background is important, as well as a successful track record of advisory skills in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment. You have a service-oriented personality, and you are looking forward to working with a diverse set of experts and stakeholders across global time zones.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Building and maintaining Kubernetes workloads
Develop and maintain scalable, resilient cloud-based infrastructure using an Infrastructure as Code approach
Modify and extend Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi configurations for managing AWS resources
Driving CI/CD workflow standards and a DevOps culture across the wider team
Maintain monitoring and alerting solutions for critical infrastructure
Deploy and operate database clusters
Contribute to platform architecture, design, and security
Requirements
A proven track record with 5-10 yearsÂ’ experience in a senior role managing people and projects
Advanced knowledge and deep understanding of AWS
Good at deploying, securing, and maintaining distributed systems
Experience working with common open-source applications like Nginx, Prometheus, Grafana
Have previously deployed and maintained a production-grade
Kubernetes cluster using helm
Good understanding of
Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Lambdas
Experience designing and implementing scripts for custom tooling
Always using best security practices, no 'winging' it approaches.
Understanding the need for strict procedures in a financial environment
Basic understanding of Blockchain and crypto
Skilled in the English language, both written and verbal.
