Role Description
We are looking for experienced Account Managers passionate about the most complex problems in the crypto space. You'll work closely with our team to manage and execute content-related strategies for our clients. You'll interact with the team and external clients daily to dictate strategy, execute content deliverables, and manage various marketing processes.
The ideal candidate is a proficient program manager well versed in DeFi & technical Web3 topics. SCRIB3 is a startup, and things move quickly here, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring ideas to the table on day one.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day handling of SCRIB3’s clients, ensuring that content is being finalized properly and on time.
- Help plan out the vision for the content together with other teammates.
- Work closely with writers on the team to ensure that written content is aligned with the client's vision and shipped accordingly.
- Being the face of SCRIB3 to our customer base. You’ll be ensuring the client is happy and looking for growth opportunities when available.
- Be highly responsive to clients and teammates, facilitating smooth teamwork & delivery.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the Web3 space, including proficiency in Layer 1s, DeFi & NFTs.
- Exceptional program management skills with a track record of executing successful deliverables for a variety of audiences. Past experience in content strategy, in addition to execution is a plus.
- Self-Starter personality. We're a startup, and things move fast and sometimes without clear direction. We want to give you the freedom to craft your own success and show initiative.
