What you'll do:
- Create user-related content such as tutorials, FAQ lists, and engage with the user community in order to localize content in many languages.
- Publish video tutorials and organize panel discussions on Twitter and Youtube in order to inform and educate the CakeDefi community.
- You seed content and discussions in the user communities in order to keep them active and valuable.
- You are active on Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Youtube and Twitter in order to engage with users via their preferred.
- Take ownership of content publishing
- Building relationships with influencers and key voices in the crypto finance community.
- You work with our Content team in order to create viral marketing campaigns on Twitter, participate in Reddit forums, facilitate conversation and events among users.
- You constantly feed the team with documented user feedback collected from user communities.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management for tech-focused B2C companies
- Expertise managing instagram, facebook, and linkedin, are required
- Basic graphics editing skills (photoshop, adjusting images, etc)
- Experience managing meaningful relationships through community programs (Airdrops, AMA Sessions with Prizes, etc.) will earn you some extra bake points
- Bilingual in German and English, in a professional capacity
- Knowledge of the crypto space is a big plus
- Knowledge with unbounce is a advantageous
- Meticulous and organized
- Demonstrate the ability to understand important performance drivers against findings
- Ability to work across different teams in various countries / time zone
