RippleX’s mission is to inspire and enable developers and institutions to collectively build the Internet of Value (IoV) - which will enable the world to move value like information moves today. We contribute to open-source protocol development and innovation that enables the IoV (e.g. the XRP Ledger, Interledger Protocol, PayID); we build tools and offer services, programs and support to enable developers to build on the XRPL; and we partner with financial services firms and institutions to co-develop solutions that use the XRPL and XRP.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to helm the cross-functional team contributing to the rippled codebase, and overseeing the infrastructure that Ripple operates on the open-source XRP Ledger. In this role, you’ll establish strong relationships with developers around the world in a scalable way by crafting amazing products to help them build the Internet of Value (IOV).
THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced product manager to drive stability, performance, and scalability features and improvements within core XRP Ledger. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives spanning product development, long-term protocol strategy, and partnerships to expand the utility of the XRP Ledger community.
The role is based in San Francisco, New York, London or Toronto, and will report to the Head of Product for RippleX.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Synthesize and prioritize the needs of different XRP Ledger stakeholders (developers, partners, node operators, users, etc) to develop an actionable roadmap that achieves short-term core ledger improvements, and long-term protocol development goals
- Create and communicate product stories and requirements to guide and align engineering and product teams team to execute on core protocol upgrades and other parts of XRPL roadmap
- Establish and drive key metrics to measure the success of products and related initiatives
- Work in close collaboration with the business development, legal, marketing, research teams, and other cross-functional teams
- Identify strategic and tactical product opportunities to grow XRP Ledger adoption
