Your One Year Outcomes

  • Strategic Impact: Complete 8-10 org-wide strategic research initiatives (pricing optimization, persona development, international market entry, brand positioning) that directly influence company strategy

  • Research Operations Foundation: Build and launch research repository with highly-discoverable insights; establish research panels with engaged users across key segments

What You Will Do

  • Research Leadership (50%)

    • Conduct strategic research initiatives that shape company direction

    • Partner with product teams on high-stakes decisions requiring research evidence

    • Synthesize insights across all customer touchpoints monthly

    • Present findings to executive team when needed

    • Build and evolve research roadmap aligned with company OKRs

  • Research Operations (50%)

    • Build and maintain research repository and insight management system

    • Create research templates and playbooks for common study types

    • Train PMs and designers on research methods through workshops and 1:1 coaching to maintain quality standards

    • Manage research tools and participant recruitment infrastructure

    • Measure and improve research velocity and impact metrics

The starting salary for this position is between 140,000- 175,000 USD. Candidate's location does not impact the posted salary range. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
