Job Description:

The Junior Coach is supportive and collaborative by nature and enjoys helping others in the team. Communicating with clients within the different mediums the company has and working in a fast-paced environment comes easily to you. You are also resourceful, responsive, and eager to get the job done - all with a smile on your face.

The scope of the job entails both client support and basic crypto platform and all types of advice and creating related content for such to be included in different courses as required.

The task at hand:

Client support: covering basic education needs that new clients might have when joining Latino Wall Street. This support is mainly performed in either Facebook, LWS Chat platforms (Slack, Discord, Course modules). The individual will be assigned a limited number of support platforms.
Basic trading platform advice: the individual will provide basic support on using Crypto platforms and Wallets such as Binance or Coinbase when requested by clients in social networks.
Creating support content: recorded or live as directed by Cryptocurrencies Instructor to be included in different courses as required

The ideal candidate has:

1-3 years’ experience in Cryptocurrency Trading and NFTs
User of at least one Exchange and Wallet
Proficient in using platforms such as Discord, Slack and other messaging.
Adept at organizing portfolios, managing workload for multiple projects, and meeting deadlines
Comfortable with Google Apps suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
The ability to communicate needs in a positive and productive fashion

Conditions for Employment:
The opportunity to work in a diverse and multicultural work environment with clients from the US and Latin America.
Net working hours 20 per week, ideally between Mon-Friday 08:30am – 06:00pm.

Increased Sales Commissions %

Some flexibility will be required during periods of exceptional workload.
