Job Description

QUIDAX needs a liquidity associate to track, analyse and report to the Liquidity Manager on the liquidity on Quidax exchange across all existing and prospective markets. The increasing number of markets and organic cryptos available to trade requires dedicated liquidity analysts whose primary responsibilities are to support the Liquidity Manager in providing liquidity efficiently and timely.

You should be passionate about blockchain and the industry and also be familiar with growth techniques.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reporting on organic activities on the exchange: order sizes and rates

  • Reporting on failed trades due to low liquidity on the order book

  • Reporting on the profitability of each market

  • Realtime open position report to Liquidity Manager

  • Continuous generation of liquidity data on exchange to understand organic versus market maker activities

  • Communicate with relevant units to resolve trading disputes

  • Conducting data analysis to track volume growth

What you need to have

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Financial markets (Traditional or Fintech)
  • Bachelors degree
  • CFA/ACI or its equivalent
  • 3 years technical trading experience in Crypto or Financial instruments
  • Excellent arithmetic skills
  • Reporting and Analytical skills
