Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across X, Forcaster, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok (and other relevant channels), aligned with our protocol’s vision and product roadmap.

• Create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video and multimedia content (reels, stories, shorts, tutorials, livestreams) that resonate with Web3/infrastructure audiences.

• Plan and run social media campaigns (organic + paid) around protocol launches, ecosystem updates, community events, and influencer collaborations.

• Work closely with the product, marketing, and community teams to translate technical/infrastructure topics into engaging visual stories and social formats.

• Monitor, analyse and report on social performance metrics (views, engagement, reach, conversions) and use data to refine content and campaign strategy.

• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, creator tools, emerging formats, and Web3 content culture (memes, crypto-native language, influencer dynamics).

• Provide regional (APAC) time-zone coverage and global reach – able to engage and schedule content for audiences across time zones.

• Manage and coordinate with external creators, agencies, or freelancers as needed to scale production.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years (or more) of proven experience in web3 for social media content production, especially video, and campaign execution.

• Strong capability in video production/editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut) and multimedia storytelling.

• Demonstrable experience with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok content and best practices (format, editing, engagement).

• Familiarity with Web3/crypto/Blockchain protocols, infrastructure, decentralised systems or adjacent tech is strongly preferred.

• Data-driven mindset: comfort with analytics (social dashboards, metrics, A/B testing) and optimising based on performance.

• Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, strong sense of brand voice and social tone.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, across time zones (APAC preferred) and manage multiple content pipelines.

• Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, short-form viral content, live streaming, and or multilingual/multi-region content.
