Research Specialist - Web3 Trenches

Seedify. is a leading cryptocurrency launchpad platform dedicated to fostering innovation and success in the Web3 space. Our mission is to identify and assist promising teams and projects and offer outstanding returns to our investor base. With the evolution of the space, we are increasingly focused on onboarding grassroots, protocol-native, and early-stage builders who are shaping the next wave of the decentralized ecosystem.

Role :

We’re hiring a Web3 Trenches Research Specialist—a digital explorer obsessed with finding diamonds in the rough: founders building in the shadows, contributors pushing ecosystems forward, and product-first teams quietly solving real problems. This role is ideal for someone immersed in crypto Twitter, niche Telegram groups, GitHub orgs, and the corners of the internet where real builders gather. You’ll help us build a sustainable pipeline of high-integrity Web3 teams for potential onboarding to Seedify, working under clear KPIs and collaborating closely with our Reachout and Onboarding teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and maintain a steady weekly pipeline of early-stage Web3 projects across networks mainly like Base, HyperLiquid, Solana, Avalanche, Abstract, and others such as Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Cosmos, and L2 rollups.Tap into GitHub activity, ecosystem grants, hackathons, and forum posts to surface authentic builders.Monitor underground dev circles, DAO contributors, and protocol forums to catch quality teams before they emerge into the mainstream.Evaluate project fit for Seedify incubation or launchpad support based on token potential, originality, and technical maturity.Maintain and regularly update a discovery tracker with categorized leads, KPIs, and research insights.Stay sharp on ecosystem-specific narratives (e.g., restaking, rollups, AI x on-chain data, social primitives, modular chains).Contribute qualitative insights to help Reachout & Onboarding teams prioritize outreach and partnership strategies.Analyze each lead’s strengths, needs, and transition potential into tokenized ecosystems or on-chain products.Identify subcultures and micro-trends across developer and investors communities and stay alert to new narrative shifts.Meet weekly KPIs related to lead volume, quality rating, and vertical diversity.

What We’re Looking For:

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset. Actively engaged within the Twitter/X Degen network, showcasing a talent for recognizing popular trends and anticipating market shifts.Deep familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, particularly the “non-obvious” corners of the space.Ability to research across GitHub, Twitter, Mirror, Farcaster, ecosystem forums (e.g., gov forums), and grant dashboards.Taste and judgment in evaluating early projects: what’s signal, what’s noise, and what’s meme.Clear, concise writing: able to present key context and potential in 3–4 bullet summaries.Self-driven and methodical: you know how to research and filter effectively under time-based KPIs.Passionate about the builder-first ethos of Web3.

Preferred Skills:

Experience contributing to or managing discovery pipelines.Experience in Web3 research, venture scouting, DAO ops, or analyst roles.Familiarity with tracking tools like Jira, Notion, Slack, and others.Contributor or active participant in one or more niche Web3 ecosystems.Knowledge of token mechanics, airdrop farming strategies, or ecosystem incentives. Technical literacy (not necessarily a dev, but GitHub-savvy and protocol-aware).Comfort using AI tools for productivity and research.A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

What We Offer:
Opportunities for professional development and growth.Competitive salary with KPI-based performance incentives.Fully remote work.High agency and impact in shaping our builder onboarding pipeline.Exposure to leading narratives and trend-setting projects in Web3.A collaborative team environment where your work drives real results.
