Company Description
OleOle is building the world’s first decentralized super app for football.
We’re creating a global platform that combines social networking, messaging, live scores, e-commerce, crypto rewards, and in-match gambling — all built natively in Rust and integrated with the Solana blockchain.
Unlike typical social networks, OleOle is focused 100% on football fans. We’re not another media app competing with Twitter or TikTok — we’re building the digital infrastructure for the world’s biggest sport, with a native tech stack and a business model tailored for clubs, brands, and fans.
OleOle is launching a decentralized rewards and commerce token — OleX — on the Solana blockchain as part of our global super app for football fans. We are seeking a senior-level Solana blockchain engineer to lead the development of this token. This role involves full ownership of token architecture, smart contract development, and integration across our platform.
We’re looking for someone with real-world experience launching tokens — not just building prototypes, but delivering secure, scalable token infrastructure ready for public sale and platform utility.
What We're Building
OleOle is a multi-layered platform with several interconnected products:
- Football Super App (Mobile & Web)
- 20,000+ team and country channels
- Twitter->
- Real-time translation of all chats, posts, and videos into 200+ languages
- Live scores, push alerts, fan content, polls, and more
- Mini Program Marketplace
- A decentralized alternative to the App Store or Google Play
- Brands, teams, and creators can launch their own apps inside OleOle without paying 30% fees
- All built on the blockchain, not the cloud
- Rewarded with OleX, our Solana-based utility token
- OleX Token Ecosystem
- Used for commerce, content rewards, and gambling payouts
- Brands must buy OleX to reward users with 1–5% cashback for purchases
- Token demand is driven by millions of micro-transactions across the platform
- Crypto-Only Gambling
- Integrated directly into live score feeds and fan channels
- No tabs, redirects, or off-platform sportsbooks
- Licensed, crypto-only, with real-time engagement mechanics
- AI & Language Infrastructure
- AI-powered real-time translation of fan content, making the entire platform multilingual by default
- In-house football-specific LLM to power history, trivia, and personalized recommendations
We are not using wrappers or open-source clones. OleOle is being built entirely from scratch using:
- Rust for backend and systems-level performance
- Solana for token creation, wallet logic, and decentralized mini programs
- WebSockets and event-driven architecture for real-time features like messaging, live scores, and betting
- AI translation for global accessibility
- Solana smart contracts for reward logic, commerce, and staking (via the Anchor framework)
- React/React Native for responsive mobile and web interfaces
OleOle is in the early stages of building a massive, category-defining platform. We already have:
- A world-class ticket and fan travel business (OleOleSport), with exclusive rights to the AFC Champions League and Liga MX
- A veteran founder with deep experience in tickets, sponsorships, and global sports events (founder of RazorGator and PrimeSport)
- A clear monetization model based on transaction fees, token volume, and platform ownership
- A dedicated design team and pre-launch community infrastructure already in motion
- Token launch and platform rollout planned over the next 8 months
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy the OleX utility token on Solana using Rust and the Anchor framework
- Build and secure token functionality, including minting, distribution, vesting, locking, and on-chain reward mechanics
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define tokenomics, sale structure, and usage across the OleOle ecosystem
- Integrate OleX with wallet infrastructure, commerce engines, and platform features including rewards, mini programs, and gambling modules
- Lead internal testing, mainnet deployment, and third-party audit coordination
- Ensure the scalability, security, and compliance-readiness of all smart contract logic
- Support the infrastructure and execution of the token sale (ICO/IDO), including pre-sale and vesting logic
Requirements
- Minimum 3/5 years of experience with Rust
- Minimum 3 years building on Solana, including smart contract development using Anchor
- Proven track record in launching a public token (ICO, IDO, or similar)
- In-depth knowledge of Solana’s architecture and the SPL token standard
- Familiarity with tools such as Solana CLI, Phantom Wallet, Metaplex, and Solana Pay
- Experience with smart contract security, audits, and testnet/mainnet deployment best practices
- Strong understanding of on-chain tokenomics: vesting, staking, burning, inflation mechanics
- Comfortable working with backend and frontend teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
- Experience with token sales and fundraising strategies
- Exposure to NFT standards and decentralized exchanges (DEX) on Solana
- Knowledge of Swiss or international crypto compliance considerations is a plus
- Prior experience leading or mentoring technical teams in a Web3 startup environment
- Deferred compensation during pre-funding phase
- Full-time or contract-to-hire
- Equity and token allocation available based on role and contributions
- Remote position with flexible hours; preference for partial time zone overlap with Europe or Latin America
Solutions not problems .
- Creative problem solver who can courageously propose and support new ideas to our organization. Not interested in best practices, lets build something better!
- Ability to adapt. An ideal candidate will welcome the opportunity to solve a broad range of problems using a wide array of technologies.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and general growing pains of an early-stage technology company
- An exceptional entrepreneurial judgment that fosters independence over micro-management
- Understanding of football and international sports a huge plus
- We are offering:
- Founding engineer-level equity and token allocation
- Deferred salary until funding is secured
- All current team members are working on a deferred compensation basis — we lost our funding two months ago and made the decision to build while we raise. This comes with real risk. Closing funding could take two months or it could take five — but we’re committed to this vision and we’re looking for someone who’s equally passionate and resilient.
- Long-term ownership and technical leadership
- A mission-driven, elite team with deep experience in sports, media, crypto, and startups
- You’ll be one of the first engineers — which means maximum influence and upside.
