We are seeking a highly experienced Wallet Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of top-tier crypto wallet user experiences and complex system solutions.
This is a unique opportunity for a visionary individual to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that drives impact and launches products/features across our global footprint.
This role demands a strong background in product management within the web3 industry, with a particular focus on crypto wallets and Travel Rule compliance.

Responsibilities

    • Act as a security team person of interest in terms of the collaboration with different teams.
    • Be responsible for the management of internal and external security projects, identify issues and risks in projects, ensure quality of deliverables.
    • Understanding the functionalities and goals of web3 wallet security, work closely with wallet team and security engineers to design and drive security new features or optimization.
    • Research, collect and organize web3 security functionalities, develop detailed project plans that integrate with Sprints.
    • Understanding the workflow and goals of web3 wallet security operations, design, drive and monitor the operational platform and flow based on set expectations of progressive automation.
    • Follow up security cases or incidents, drive security response, make structure suggestions to security products or rules.

Requirements

    • Bilingual(Chinese and English) is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
    • Has experience in Agile project management and web3-related working experience.
    • Clear thinker and creative problem-solver, able to glean insights, develop a vision and bring it to life with actionable plans.
    • Excellent project or operational management with a bias towards action, adept at building and managing a process and have experience writing technical or process-based design documents.
    • Self-starter and ability to drive the project end to end, effective skills at tracking effort and project progress, able to facilitate communication between team membersAbility to thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, high intensity and cross-functional dependencies.

Key Qualifications

    • Project Management: Proficient in utilizing project and workstream management tools such as Confluence and Jira, able to comprehend the details of intricate, cross-functional projects and adept at distilling them into actionable project plans.
    • Strategy Expertise: Ability to understand and translate requirements into project strategy and execution, strategically allocating tasks to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones.
    • Product Knowledge: Good knowledge of how web3 security products works, preferably to have worked in the crypto industry or Fintech industry.
    • Security Expertise: Sound knowledge in web3 security is a plus, such as approval phishing, address poisoning, scam airdrops, contract auditing, etc.
