What you will do:

Strategy: Lead and enhance the strategy of the technical compliance team. Support the Chief Strategy officer to establish compliance procedures and to develop the organizational compliance strategies. Monitoring: Stay informed about new regulations and monitor regulated markets, in particular technical requirements and ensure that Easygo's products and processes comply with the latest standards across all regulated markets. Reporting the updates to relevant stakeholders. Reporting: Lead the preparation of all notifications and reporting to authorities on technical compliance aspects. Assist in maintaining a reporting product that meets all the regulatory requirements  Policies & Procedures: Lead the creation and maintenance of all the necessary policies, procedures and work instructions to implement the company’s technical compliance program. Risk assessment: Support the Compliance team on risk management functions to ensure all risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively by adhering to the rules set by external authorities. Market Maintenance: Plan, organize, and lead the execution of all activities required to comply with existing technical requirements in all active regulated markets, in collaboration with Compliance, Strategy, Legal, and Product teams. Market Entrance: Work closely with the Strategy and Growth team to plan, organize, and lead the execution of all the necessary activities for entering new regulated markets. For instance, GAP analyses, preparation of technical documentation, or managing audits, reports, and policies. Certifications Management: Lead the maintenace of the current certifications and the acquisition of new ones for new or updated products and markets. Collaborate with Technical and Product teams as well as external providers to ensure certifications are up-to-date. Change Management: Develop and lead the improvement and maintenance of a change management framework that complies with regulations in all established markets. Work closely with the Compliance team and other departments to implement changes effectively. Product Compliance: Lead the analysis of the products against technical requirements to ensure compliance. Support the product teams throughout the development process to create products that are compliant with all relevant regulations. Licensing: Support the Strategy, Legal, Product, and Compliance teams in planning compliance activities during the licensing process for entering new markets. Authority Relationships: Maintain and foster strong relationships with regulatory authorities, working alongside the Strategy, Legal, and Compliance teams to gain access to vital information and influence regulatory decisions. External Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with gaming laboratories, owning the overall relationship to ensure smooth collaboration. Training: Collaborate in identifying potential training needs for internal teams regarding regulatory and technical compliance topics.

What you will bring: 

Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Computer Science, Law or Business.  Minimum 10 years of experience in the iGaming industry, particularly in regulatory and technical compliance Strong knowledge of global iGaming regulations and certification processes Experience with change management and risk management frameworks. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive solutions Experience creating, organizing and leading medium to large teams of compliance professionals. Experience managing integrations of compliance teams and systems.

Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage relationships with external partners and regulatory authorities.
