Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead VLaunch through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep expertise in the blockchain and DeFi sectors. The CEO will be responsible for defining the companyâs long-term vision, securing strategic partnerships, and overseeing all operational aspects to ensure VLaunch maintains its competitive edge in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's long-term business strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends and the company's mission.
Business Development: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier crypto projects, industry players, and technology providers to expand VLaunchâs ecosystem.
Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budget management, and capital allocation to ensure sustained profitability and growth.
Operational Excellence: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary external face of the company, representing VLaunch at industry events, engaging with the community, and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including the influencer network and our partners at 10x Value Partners.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 3 years in the blockchain, crypto, or fintech industry.
Proven track record of building and scaling a successful technology company or venture.
Deep understanding of tokenomics, launchpad models, and the broader DeFi ecosystem.
Strong network within the crypto and investor communities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic startup environment.
