About the role
Trojan is seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to advance our strategic initiatives and enlarge our presence in the on-chain trading sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with business development and engineering milestones.
- Engage and expand Trojan's user base through traditional and crypto-native channels such as Twitter Spaces, Telegram, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Coordinate virtual events to deepen community engagement and promote ecosystem partnerships.
- Oversee content creation for advertising campaigns and associated events.
- Track and analyze user acquisition, retention, and growth across various demographics and user types.
- Evaluate the ROI and impact of marketing initiatives, prioritizing strategies with the highest potential returns.
- Maintain and leverage a comprehensive understanding of the blockchain market and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and business development teams to ensure successful product rollouts and continual enhancements.
- Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for Trojan, actively engaging with users and stakeholders to collect feedback and promote Trojan's offerings.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in expanding user bases and enhancing brand visibility, ideally with experience in marketing or growth roles at major CEXs or DeFi protocols.
- Robust strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to devise and adapt effective marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, along with a solid grasp of analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries, including current trends and consumer behaviors.
