The Role
As a Partnership Adoption Manager, you will own and execute our adoption strategy, playing a critical role in driving growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Total Value Locked (TVL) through strategic integrations. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with major crypto infrastructure providers to ensure seamless access to Tezos and Etherlink (Tezos’ EVM Layer 2).

You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Growth & Marketing, Infrastructure, and Vertical teams to align partnership efforts with broader ecosystem objectives and maximise blockchain activity.

What you’ll do

  • Leading integration efforts with CEXs, custodians, wallets, and on/off-ramp providers to expand adoption

  • Identifying, engaging, and building long-term relationships with key industry players to drive MAU and TVL growth

  • Collaborating closely with BD, Growth & Marketing, Infrastructure, and Vertical teams to align adoption efforts and support broader ecosystem goals

  • Coordinating with BD, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful partnership execution

  • Tracking key adoption metrics, analysing performance, and optimising strategies accordingly

  • Supporting integrated partners in maximising their usage of Tezos and Etherlink through ongoing collaboration

  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to refine adoption strategies

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in partnership management, business development, or ecosystem growth within Web3

  • Proven track record of securing and managing partnerships with CEXs, custodians, wallets, and/or on/off-ramp providers

  • Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, and the role of liquidity and accessibility in ecosystem growth

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills

  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting key adoption KPIs
