Safe{Wallet} infrastructure is widely used by developers integrating Safe. It is used for multi-million dollar treasury operations and governance by top protocols like World, Aave, Balancer and Gnosis. With more innovations in security and user experience, Safe is poised exponential growth in DeFi and onchain asset management.

You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 50+ people. This role is based in Berlin (🇩🇪). While most of our team is based in Berlin we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland 🇨🇭, Spain 🇪🇸, Portugal 🇵🇹 and other countries.

💻 About the role:

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Admin to own our internal IT operations and keep things running smoothly across the company. From managing devices and tool access to driving security practices and supporting compliance, you’ll be the go-to person for all things IT. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving and automating processes, and collaborating across teams in a fast-moving tech environment.

🗃️ What you will be doing:

• Take ownership of device management, from provisioning to deprecation, using Apple Business Manager and our MDM platform

• Be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support, helping team members with device issues, configuration updates, and tool access

• Manage access to our key internal tools like Google Workspace, GitHub, 1Password, Discord, and community forums

• Define and maintain clear access policies and IT security guidelines to keep our company and data safe, and help educate the team along the way through training and best practice sharing

• Implement and manage SSO integrations to streamline login processes and enhance security across tools

• Support compliance tasks related to micro-informatics and IT best practices

• Work closely with the People and Security teams to ensure secure and smooth access management for all employees

• As part of the Infrastructure and Security team, you will manage and maintain our public-facing resources, such as DNS with AWS Route 53, VPN Access and IAM Resources.

🎒 What you will bring:

• Hands-on experience setting up and managing GitHub organisations

• Confident in configuring and administering Google Workspace (G-Suite)

• Solid understanding of networking, DNS, and common cloud-based tools from AWS

• Familiarity with key tools in our stack: 1Password, Slack, Google Workspace, MDM platforms, SAML integrations, Apple Business Manager, Directory Services and Infrastructure as Code

• Quick to pick up new systems, tools, and workflows. You’re a fast learner who loves to figure things out

• A Structured and organised way of managing IT, devices, as well as costs
