Mission statement

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join Keyrock’s corporate development team. In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities—including M&A, partnerships, and investments—across the rapidly evolving crypto and digital assets landscape. 

Job description

• Identify and evaluate acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities within the crypto and blockchain sector, aligning them with the company’s long-term growth strategy.

• Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis to assess the viability and strategic fit of potential deals and partnerships.

• Build and maintain relationships with founders, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to source new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s network in the crypto ecosystem.

• Collaborate with internal teams—including product, engineering, legal, and finance—to ensure smooth execution and integration of transactions and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity in the digital asset space to inform strategic recommendations and keep the company ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

Background and experience

• Demonstrated experience in the crypto industry, such as in business development, venture capital, or strategic roles within blockchain or digital asset companies, with a proven track record of executing deals or partnerships.

• Strong understanding of finance and macroeconomics, including financial modeling, investment analysis, deal structuring, and the ability to assess how macro trends impact crypto markets.

• Established and relevant network within the crypto ecosystem, with active connections to industry professionals, founders, investors, and key stakeholders, enabling effective deal sourcing and industry insight.
