We are seeking a Head of Product to lead the expansion of Wallet’s TON Space, focusing on increasing adoption, engagement, and user experience.

TON Space provides Wallet users a self-custodial TON blockchain address, offering complete control of their assets and the ability to interact with DeFi applications within Telegram and beyond. TON Space has experienced explosive growth, surpassing 50 million users in less than a year after its launch.

With this rapid growth of users, there are more opportunities than ever to increase engagement and form partnerships between TON Space and other DeFi projects, Telegram Mini-apps, and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business, marketing and product strategy of TON Space as one of the major wallets in TON ecosystem.
• P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing revenue streams and controlling costs.
• Develop and execute promotions for TON Space with DeFi projects and Telegram Mini-Apps within the TON Ecosystem.
• Coordinate with marketers, engineers, analysts, designers and other team members to expand the current product based on a roadmap you will develop, with an emphasis on increasing user engagement and ecosystem development.
• Keep on top of Telegram mini-apps and TON Ecosystem trends to identify new opportunities and partnerships for TON Space.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching consumer-facing crypto products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and self-custodial wallet solutions.
• Proven track record of managing P&L for digital products or services, including setting and achieving financial targets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and external projects within the crypto and DeFi space.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to operate in a global environment, with regard to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
