We are focusing on improving internal Unlimit engineering team members capabilities, SSDLC processes and tools we use and adapt new one to automate routine tasks increasing quality and time to market while focusing our engineering team members on the most intellectually hard and courageous tasks. As a Head of QA Practice we expect you to:
Experienceand Expertise:
•Demonstrated experience in leading practice in a software development environment.
•Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in the QA practices.
•Proven track record of previous hands-on experience at least for 5 years in a relevant area of expertise.
Position-specific Responsibilities:
•Experience in T2H (Time to Hire) Reduction.
•Experience in Attrition KPI Management.
•Develop strategies to reduce attrition rates.
•Establish measures to enhance the onboarding process Ownership of QA practice.
•Experience in formulating and updating QA standards.
•Ability to assess teams and team members on compliance with the established standards and adoption of best practices.
People Development:
•Proficiency in creating and overseeing personal development plans.
•Capability to conduct regular training sessions on QA best practices.
•Promotion of effective feedback practices among team members.
•Implementing assessment processes for team members.
Tools:
•Knowledge and experience in adoption of digital tools in the QA practice integrated into other practices digital tools.
•Ability to systematize and universalize existing artifacts and tools across teams.
Metrics and Reporting:
•Develop and monitor metrics related to attrition rates, T2H, and compliance with the standards.
•Regularly report on goals and improvements in the QA process at both company and team levels.
Communication And Collaboration:
•Strong communication skills to elaborate goals, metrics, and improvements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams and product teams.
Adaptability And Innovation:
•Ability to adapt to evolving industry practices and technologies.
