About the opportunity:
We are currently hiring for a Program Manager to work within DCG’s newest subsidiary. The new subsidiary will be working with the world’s leading crypto, blockchain, and DeFi entrepreneurs and investors. The Program Manager will lead the curation of experiential programming and thoughtful dialogue for our Clients base. This includes in-person or virtual events on topics relevant and interesting to Clients.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Create thoughtful and engaging programming for Clients base; both virtually and in-person
- Superior understanding of client and customer profiles while curating a memorable experience for those in attendance
- Create and maintain programming and event calendar
- Plan for and support high-profile Client events, including idea generation, venue selection, budget management, internal/external communications, etc.
- Work with Content Strategist to create invitations, graphics, and other Client-facing materials or collateral
- Identify areas for continued process improvement and efficiencies within programming
- Project a consistent and professional company image through all membership interactions
What you'll bring:  
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a particular emphasis on event planning, project management, business management or corporate communications
- Naturally creative candidate that can take a concept to 11 while executing impeccably
- Ability to make reasoned decisions in the face of uncertainty
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver messages clearly and succinctly
- Experience interfacing and communicating with Executive-level members/clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive
