How does Parcl work?

Parcl is a synthetic asset protocol that is on a mission to deliver real estate to everyone. The Parcl Price Feed tracks the price per square foot of neighborhoods across the U.S. and around the world. This data feeds into a smart contract, allowing users to invest in the underlying price movement of each real estate market. This lets investors gain exposure to the most sought-after neighborhoods with no minimum investment, immediate liquidity, and low transaction fees.

With Parcl you can build your dream real estate portfolio and trade your favorite neighborhoods just like you would Bitcoin, Ethereum or other crypto assets.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement tech solutions while following iterative development principles
• Form, advocate, and execute on new ideas for projects
• Collaborate with project leads and other software engineers across multiple teams
• Work on infrastructure and software solutions that will transform the real estate and blockchain space
• Practice leadership, apply your tech skills to solve real-world problems

Skills & Attributes You’ll Need:

• Experience with Cloud Computing such as AWS, GCP etc
• A drive for Infrastructure as Code and automation
• Proficiency in Bash or Golang, Kubernetes, Kafka, API Gateways such as nginx or Kong
• Experience supporting and securing high availability and/or high traffic web environments
• Experience with a microservice architecture running in containers (Docker or other containerization technology)
• Ability to drive a project from concept to release
• Proficiency in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)

Skills & Attributes We’d Love you to Bring:

• Experience with Hashicorp Vault
• Experience working with Terraform/Terraform Cloud
• Experience with Kubernetes Nginx Ingress
• Experience with Protobuf
• Experience with gRPC
