As Nas Academy expands its course offerings, we are looking for someone to join our Community Operations team as a Crypto Community Manager for our Crypto Courses. The role requires you to be knowledgeable in Crypto and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT's), great at multi-tasking, highly efficient, and have a knack for chat support and moderation.
Responsibilities
- Support course programs for start to finish, and new course launches
- Moderate community groups on Discord and WhatsApp, and keeping the student engaged
- Troubleshoot problems and/or confusions for students
- Updating documents and coordinate with various teams efficiently
- Responsible for keeping up to date with Crypto and NFT news
Requirements
- Strong interest and a good understanding of Crypto and NFT's
- Experience in building and growing communities on social media (Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Great multitasker and communicator
