What is Harmony?

Harmony is an open and fast blockchain. Our mainnet runs Ethereum applications with 2-second transaction finality and 100 times lower fees. Our secure bridges offer cross-chain transfers with Ethereum, Binance, and 3 other chains.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing who is passionate about building and growing a global-scale decentralized future.

Responsibilities

• Create and own Harmony’s marketing and growth roadmap including objectives, key results, and analytics to communicate actionable tasks to the team and deliver results.
• Plan and execute a go-to-market strategy for new products, features, enhancements, and new partnerships by forming the positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
• Lead research and implementation of ads and sponsorships across social networks, search, podcasts, newsletters, and other channels.
• Keep up to date with the trending topics in the blockchain space including competing projects. Manage content calendar and produce articles and visuals with the help of contributors.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, cold prospecting, and EDM marketing, with performance analysis.
• Collect community feedback and improvement proposals.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years experience in leading marketing roles (CMO, VP Marketing, etc) at a high-growth tech startup.
• Strong curiosity or understanding of the blockchain landscape (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, DeFi, NFTs etc.)
• Strong expertise in product-led growth.
• Hands-on experience gained in all key areas of marketing, digital marketing, brand messaging, SEO, affiliate, influencer, communication, etc.
• A good sense of the expected impact and prioritization of work to be done in most scenarios
• Deep understanding of social media and community tools including but not limited to Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
• Enthusiasm, an exceptional work ethic, a self-starter attitude, and a belief in the mission of Harmony.
