Hydrogen Labs is an important financial technology application at the core of the Fuel modular blockchain ecosystem, building the fastest modular execution layer. We are searching for someone to spearhead Partnership integration and lead general Strategy to create our partnerships strategy, open, maintain and manage relationships. The ideal candidate would be a leader who is well versed with business development & partnerships and has a background or understanding of fintech, DeFi & crypto.You will also be responsible for building deep relationships at the executive level with these partners, formulating internal business cases, and working cross functionally with key internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships or business development
• Experience in and strong market knowledge of the blockchain & crypto industry preferred
• Collaborate with CMO on all marketing & communications efforts
• Develop and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners
• Co-manage social media, public communications, and content calendar
• Excellent communication and writing skills
