BlockFi is looking for a Structuring Associate to join our growing team!

About Your Team

We’re looking for a Structuring Associate to help us launch into our next phase of growth. You’ll join our Institutional team and work in structuring, collaborating with trading, credit and sales.

Your Mission

• Working with sales and trading to design optimal client solutions
• Support the team on end to end products deal structuring and execution
• Liaise with clients to explain our products and execute trades
• Understand the challenges of our institutional clients and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively design client solutions
• Coordination with other BlockFi global offices to ensure smooth running of projects

Your Expertise

• 1+ years of experience in traditional structured lending or structured fund products including familiarity with term sheets, loan documentation, preparing pitches and presentations
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Interested in working on the complete structuring and execution process from prospecting to closing
• Knowledge about crypto currencies and a base understanding of the crypto ecosystem is desirable
• Enthusiasm about BlockFi’s products and business model
• Ability to represent the company’s culture and values to our institutional counterparties
