About the Opportunity

What Youâll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive user education strategy and framework of OKX products, including creating educational materials and integrating user education into the product development lifecycle
- Drive user growth by ensuring that our users have the knowledge and resources they need to make informed trading decisions through effective user education
- Conducting data analysis on the user life cycle and making data driven product decisions to improve key products user conversion
- Ideating, designing and interfacing with engineering and design teams to launch operational products (academy,tutorial,campaign) to attract new users as well as to retain existing users
- Cooperating with marketing teams to improve engagement for high-net-worth users
- Competitor landscape analysis
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Relevant experience in product management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech industries
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Business proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in Chinese is a huge plus
Nice to Haves
- Experience in crypto industry with exposure to obtaining licenses and approvals for crypto related businesses
- In-depth knowledge of local and international cyrpto regulations and emerging trends
