Tasks

BUSINESS PARTNERING

  • Your exciting field of activity covers the entire HR value chain: Select, Manage, Develop/Grow and Reward.
  • As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for advising and supporting defined business units on all HR-related topics
  • You understand the needs of your business and support them with efficient HR tools and processes to increase employee engagement and performance.

RECRUITING

  • Finding and attracting the right talent to tokenforge is one of our top priorities. You will advise managers on workforce planning, selecting the best talent and onboarding new employees. You will also set the tone for employer branding.

TALENT AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • The HR Business Partner supports the teams in the implementation of global initiatives and tools in the area of Talent and Performance Management and also conducts HR workshops himself as a trainer.

REWARD

  • In this role, you are also the first point of contact on Compensation topics. You are responsible for the integrated planning of headcounts and personnel costs, advise managers on salary determination and the annual salary review, and prepare personnel-relevant KPIs for the departments you support.

Requirements

  • At least 3(+) years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international company
  • Solid experience in the areas of recruiting, HR development and compensation
  • Experience in working together with knowledge of German labor law
  • Strong communication team player with a high level of interpersonal skills

  • Result and solution oriented and hands-on mentality Completed studies in the field of economics, psychology or similar
  • You can communicate in English without any problems within our international team & applicants, German nice but optional
