In this role, you will play a key part in leading and mentoring a team of developers while designing and implementing the core infrastructure of our cutting-edge products. You will ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability, and contribute to the improvement and evolution of our product suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of C++ developers to achieve technical excellence
- Develop and maintain the companyâs productsâ core infrastructure
- Design, implement, and optimize efficient and reliable C++ code
- Suggest and implement improvements for both current and future products
- Collaborate with other team leaders and stakeholders to align goals and strategies
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field â mandatory
- At least 4 years of experience in modern C++ (version 11 or higher) â mandatory
- At least 1 year of experience in team management â mandatory
- Knowledge of Rust â advantage
- Experience in developing cybersecurity products â advantage
- Knowledge in cryptography â advantage
- Familiarity with popular blockchain protocols â advantage
