Storm2 is partnered with a recently funded NFT/collectibles live stream marketplace looking to expand its marketing talent!
They are expanding their team in the US and one of their key hires will be a Head of Growth. This role will report directly to the CEO and will help scale user acquisition and spearhead all growth and marketing efforts. This is an opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing and most exciting commerce platforms for NFTs and physical collectibles.
Responsibilities:
- Leading all user acquisition and retention efforts — driving and reporting on key metrics including conversion rates, new buyers, Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, and Return on investment
- Creating and executing initiatives for digital marketing strategy, creative
- Budgeting allocation across paid spend, affiliate partnerships, and influencer marketing efforts
- Managing a team of 5+ direct reports providing daily support with prioritization and feedback on content
- Building and executing a collaborative strategy with members of the community: streamers, collectibles influencers, and other partners
Your Background
- 5+ years in a growth-focused position
- 3+ years at an innovative technology start-up; B2C experience
- Data-driven, ability to test theories and use insight to build strategy
- Knowledgable about multiple marketing acquisition channels; influencer, paid and earned, organic, email/social
- Leadership- management experience
- Experience collaborating with product teams to optimize growth efforts
- A dynamic communicator and creative thinker
- A plus: a passion for the NFT and gaming space
