As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building out Sorare's media strategy within our global marketing organization. This is a unique opportunity focusing on how to best drive marketing strategy execution alongside our overall media spend, with a focus on US sports leagues. You will work cross-functionally with both external agencies, as well as various internal departments. This is a newly created position with limitless room for growth, and opportunity to make an immediate impact!

Responsibilities

  • Work both internally and externally with third party agency partners to create & oversee the Sorare media marketing strategy
  • Own relationships with third party agencies spanning marketing, media buying and creative agencies
  • Source, evaluate and onboard multiple external agencies to drive execution on the Sorare media marketing strategy
  • Partner with the Business Development team on the ongoing relationship with both the NBA, MLB and future US sports leagues
  • Own the end to end marketing strategy with our US partners; spanning spend, campaign strategy, creative, timeline and execution
  • Track and report out on campaign progress; using these learnings to identify and advise on future marketing spend
  • Work internally to develop relevant KPIs and objectives for the marketing organization to best track ROI and direct future efforts
  • Manage and allocate budgets for each US sport vertical in conjunction with the respective GM and other relevant internal stakeholders

Requirements
  • 5-8+ years of experience working within a growth, digital, or media focused marketing role
  • Experience with sports specific media buying is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage large annual marketing budgets to drive ROI for a consumer facing product
  • Experience sourcing, onboarding, and managing both media buying agencies as well as creative agencies
  • Expertise in affiliate based marketing
  • Ability to define KPIs and communicate to both internal stakeholders as well as external clients
  • White glove approach to client relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
