We are driving our business forward in a fast-paced environment and looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on challenges to join our young, dynamic and creative Marketing team and contributes to strengthening and executing the global digital marketing strategies.

Location: Flexible. Southeast Asia & Australia preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities • In collaboration with the CMO, develop and execute the global digital marketing strategy and its digital calendar. • Lead, strategize and implement growth model through all organic, paid media initiatives for the brand globally including, but not limited to Google, Facebook, e.t.c to grow new user acquisition, engagement, retention, and activation, return and spend maximization. • Manage traffic channels responsible for engaging and attracting new customers, including SEO, SEM, Digital Performance Advertising, and Affiliate. • Strong experience with optimization strategies, and a proven track record of identifying impact and synergies between performance channels (Social, Search, Display, etc.). • Measure and optimize performance on a regular basis by using online marketing dashboards: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads Dashboard & Facebook Ads Dashboard, and other dashboards needed. • Outstanding analytical and hands-on skills using sophisticated data sets required, ideally experience in data visualization tools and business insights dashboards. • High proficiency in the campaign planning process working in close collaboration with our brand marketing team to develop campaigns and launch products for global markets, owning the digital media plan and digital media performance. • Drive the creative requirements with our Creative team to ensure best practice paid advertising and regular feedback on performance and improvement opportunities. • Responsible for forecasting and reporting tools to communicate marketing spend effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement and optimization. • Set and manage standards and budgets with digital agencies ensuring that we are getting the most out of our partnerships. • Support the Chief Product Officer and Marketing Team Product Manager in the development and design of our website to ensure it is maximising the digital strategy and traffic. • Collaborate with suppliers to maximize lead generation and conversion through digital channels.

Qualifications and Skills • Have 5+ years of working experience in Performance/Digital Marketing (Google, Facebook & other advertising platforms) in a branded environment; • Live and breathe CPC's, ROAS, ROI, CPA, CTR, Conversion, and session metrics; • Experienced in running experiments and building user flow and growth models; • Be data driven, have strong analytical & critical thinking; • Have good communication skills in both English writing and speaking; • Previous experience with Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Ecommerce/Travel domains is highly advantageous; • Work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
