We are looking for a Marketing Art Director to join the Marketing department. Your role will be to maintain, grow and fulfill the needs of our fans. As the Marketing Art Director, your responsibilities will consist of carrying and integrating strategies for our fast-growing consumers partnering with central, brand, and external business partners to develop and carry out retention initiatives and experiences

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL…

  • Oversee the design strategy and creative direction of brand, product and content marketing campaigns.
  • Develop original, breakthrough creative and design for a variety of marketing and brand experience touch-points.
  • Work across functions, balancing the needs of partners and break down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas.
  • Work across sports league teams to develop bespoke creative.
  • Empower and energize an outstanding creative team through developing programs and forums for mentorship and expertise.
  • Partner with the Chief Creative Officer to lead development of Candy design practice, with a focus on evolving our visual brand design system.
  • Source and hire best-in-breed creative talent.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • 6-8 years experience in Marketing, experience with Startups or tech forward companies.
  • Have a mixture of in-house and agency experience.
  • Experience implementing Social Media and big brand campaigns.
  • Experience translating internal documentation to external communications.
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • You have an appetite for problem-solving and a love for fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

Total Compensation Range (Base + Equity): 150k-250k per year

Our compensation package currently breaks down into a base salary and an equity component for all employees. The candidate’s seniority and the evaluations made of that candidate during the interview process determine compensation.
