What we're looking for
We are a fast-paced, growing Web3 company seeking an experienced Growth Marketer. The ideal candidate has a strong background in growth hacking and is well-versed in metrics and analytics. They should be able to develop and execute strategies to improve our marketing funnel and drive growth across various channels.
This role requires a deep understanding of growth marketing techniques and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
The Growth Marketer will be responsible for implementing growth hacking strategies to optimize our marketing funnel and increase user acquisition and retention. They will analyze metrics and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and execute A/B tests, and monitor the performance of various marketing channels. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role
- Strong background in growth hacking and digital marketing
- Deep understanding of metrics and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Web3 or tech-focused company
- Familiarity with crypto and blockchain technologies
- Proven track record of driving significant user growth and engagement
