Our focus is on the next generation of iGaming with an emphasis on cryptocurrency, original games, sports and esports for the global stage.


The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Affiliate Manager to drive the success of our influencer and affiliate marketing programs in the online crypto gambling space. This role involves developing affiliate-driven strategies, managing partnerships with influencers and KOLs, and ensuring impactful brand engagement across social media platforms where our KOLs and users are active. The ideal candidate will have a strategic and hands-on approach, working closely with the 2UP.io’s marketing team to attract, retain, and support high-quality streaming partners.

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings a mix of creativity and execution to the table. You’ll be a great fit if you’re passionate about the online gambling, crypto, and web3 spaces and understand the nuances and trends of social media and streaming platforms and influencer engagement. You will have experience dealing with KOLs and affiliates and understand how streaming platforms work. We are seeking someone outgoing, entertaining and motivated.

Influencer Partnership Pro: Experienced in acquiring, negotiating, and managing partnerships with gambling or crypto influencers / KOLs / affiliates, ensuring they deliver value to our brand and driving referrals to the platform.

Gambling, Crypto and Social Media Enthusiast: You have a strong interest in online gambling, crypto and social media, and a finger on the pulse of emerging trends, memes and top KOLs in the respective spaces. While experience is key, your passion and adaptability are equally valued.

Social Media Specialist: Skilled at maximizing brand visibility and engagement across a variety of platforms including X Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and streaming platforms. 

Data-Driven Analyst: Experiences in measuring and interpreting affiliate campaign metrics, referrals and live streams data in addition to understanding the ROI to optimize influencer and affiliate strategies.

Negotiation and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills are key to successfully recruiting and managing KOLS and affiliates. You should be able to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders.


What You’ll Do:

Strategy Development: Shape and implement social media and streaming partner strategies to acquire and convert social media and streaming viewers. 

Influencer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and negotiate partnerships with top affiliates and streaming influencers across social media and streaming platforms.

Campaign Execution: Contribute to creating and deploying influencer campaigns and work closely with influencers on campaign content and scripts.

Performance Tracking & Analysis: Track referrals, live stream data, ROI, and other campaign metrics to ensure effective, data-driven decisions.

Budget Oversight: Manage budget allocations for influencer partnerships, focusing on acquisition and viewer conversion.

Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights on goal alignment and areas for improvement.

Operational Support: Offer hands-on support to streaming partners throughout campaign cycles.


Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in influencer marketing, streaming, or social media management, ideally with experience in a recognized brand within iGaming or Blockchain/Crypto.

Affiliates: Experience sourcing, connecting and negotiating  with online affiliates, especially iGaming SEO review sites.

Platform Expertise: Proven knowledge of social media channels including Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and ROI metrics, with intermediate Excel skills.

Independent & Remote Ready: Proven success in managing projects solo or remotely, with a passion for working in fast-paced environments.

Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced setting, handling multiple projects simultaneously and a global team perspective.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with online crypto casinos.
  • Familiar with online crypto casino brands such as Stake, BC.Game and others.
  • Familiar with cryptocurrencies.
  • Proficient in a second language other than English.
