We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented early-career Data Analyst to support our operations and business teams.

This role is perfect for individuals passionate about data, business insights, and performance tracking. You will gain hands-on experience analyzing real business data and contributing to informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist in cleaning and organizing data to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis
    • Support the preparation of routine operational reports and KPI tracking
    • Monitor key metrics and help identify anomalies or unusual trends
    • Contribute to basic data analysis to uncover business performance insights
    • Support attribution analysis to explore potential factors driving changes in data
    • Help develop dashboards and summary reports for internal stakeholders
    • Assist in optimizing reporting processes and enhancing data organization for greater efficiency

Requirements:

    • Current university student or recent graduate, preferably in an analytical or business-related field
    • Proficient with Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables
    • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
    • Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus, but not required
    • Strong logical thinking and keen attention to detail
    • Effective communication skills and a proactive willingness to learn
    • Interest in web3, digital platforms, or analytics is an advantage
