Your new role:

• Assist CEO to set up and manage our finance team and financial reporting practices from scratch
• Calculate our company’s NAV and various performance metrics
• Responsible for complete record keeping, financial information and documentations schedules for audit and internal control purposes
• Responsible for the audit accounts and resolve audit issues
• Prepare fund valuation reporting and drive the NAV preparation
• Act as key point of contact for external and internal stakeholders
• Manage cash flow status, reconciliation and maintain bank accounts, as well as preparing financial reporting
• Forecast profit and loss and NAV
• Take care tax filing
• Assist in other ad hoc finance and accounting tasks

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a private equity/venture capital/hedge fund/ Big 4 financial services environment
• Solid experience in fund accounting
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
• CPA qualification or equivalent and familiar with IFRS
• Strong technical skills in spreadsheets and other accounting software
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
• Detail-minded and well-organized
• Great team player, independent, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Knowledge in cryptocurrencies is a plus
• Enthusiastic about startup and the future of crypto/web3/metaverse/blockchain
