Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing strategy for capturing and maintaining institutional knowledge of the legal department in order to improve the efficiency in the workflows
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the legal template library and research database covering the contract templates, the clause library, template playbooks, legal survey questionnaires and results, and any other useful know-how
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure such library and database are up-to-date and the stakeholders are properly informed of the changes
- Work with the IT administrators and/ or external legal tech vendors to put in place the suitable legal tools to improve the usefulness of the library and database
- Develop and maintain the user manual and index and provide training to the stakeholders of the system of library and database
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree in law or business, or equivalent degree/ higher diploma attained in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in law firms or financial institutions (where research experience is a plus)
- A team player, self motivated and willing to learn
- Able to multitask effectively, strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
