Responsibilities:
- Work with the product and engineering team to develop internal operations tools to drive efficiency
- Assist with regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities to drive user acquisition & engagement
- Conduct UAT and assist with new features launch
- Assist with analysis of user feedback and continuously look for ways to deliver more value to our users and improve user experience
- Collate user feedback and share with relevant internal teams for improvements
- Work closely with team members to solve user issues
- Review escalated issues from customer service and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cryptocurrency and market trends and propose new ideas
- Up to date with the latest news, trends, and happenings
- Knowledge, interest and passion in cryptocurrencies and its applications
- 1-3 years experience in an operations role
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin Chinese and great communication skills
- Possess strong analytical skills with a good eye for detail
- A team player, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira and basic data tools (spreadsheets, etc)
