Our client, a leading global fin tech platform is hiring for a strategic growth marketing strategist on a contract basis. They are looking for an experienced marketer with crypto, blockchain and/or web 3.0 experience to help shape the next phase of their blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital currencies program. You will develop a growth strategy to help market these segments, working closely with cross functional teams across product, business development, sales and marketing.
The role is on a contract basis and fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be a domain expert for specific B2B segments in the Web3 space (e.g., DApp developers, traders) and craft its forward-looking strategy that will build the avenues for growth.
- Work collaboratively with product, business development, marketing, and communications to shape messaging and positioning across crypto and payments.
- Help build content and compelling product “stories” relevant for the segments that you’ll lead.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to help run initial test of channels and acquisition/engagement tactics.
- Work with analytics to track the effectiveness of tests and optimize growth channel.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, business development and/or sales in Web3.
- Understanding of B2B channels and tactics to reach web3 audiences.
- Can put together a robust strategy with clear roadmap of programs and initiatives.
- Familiarity with and domain expertise in digital currencies, Web3, and their components and players.
- Feel comfortable with cross functional work across marketing, product, data science, legal, finance, compliance, and comms.
Pay: $65/hr
