Job Responsibilities
- Understand the core business processes and underlying financial logic of CEX (Centralized Exchange) financial products, including but not limited to Spot, Margin, Futures, Options, and Earn products (proficiency in at least two is required; end-to-end experience from 0–1 or 1–∞ is a strong plus).
- Be capable of independently managing the entire product lifecycle, from early-stage planning to PRD (Product Requirement Document) delivery, with a deep understanding of the front-end, back-end, and underlying financial logic (extensive C-end conversion experience is a plus).
- Have strong business awareness and data-driven thinking, using business growth as the foundation and data analysis as a supporting tool to design, optimize, and iterate on products.
- Possess strong empathy and user-centric thinking, continuously refining and improving the user experience from the customer’s perspective.
- Have project management skills and experience, enabling effective communication with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, operations) and leading/coordinating the implementation and on-time delivery of projects.
- Demonstrate excellent logical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and strong resilience under pressure.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in C-end trading products for blockchain exchanges, including full-cycle experience in planning and designing products from 0–1.
- Experience with funding systems, account systems, or wallet systems is a strong plus.
- Educational background in Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.
