We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Business Development Executive to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the planning, and execution identified business opportunities within new markets. This role requires a bilingual mastery in both English and Korea. As a key member of the business development team, the candidate should be comfortable with driving business ideas and communicating clearly with technical as well as non-technical audiences.

Requirements

    • Web3 Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the Web3 space, preferably on Web3 games, and being able to apply your expertise to projects that involve blockchain-based gaming applications
    • Blockchain Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology to guide project teams in managing the appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract frameworks
    • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into well-defined project requirements and objectives. Survey and position current products towards enterprise level businesses
    • Business Propagation: Identify business opportunities within local markets, translate content, and develop strategies to enclose the market
    • Business Sales: Handle end-to-end sales pipeline

Basic Qualifications

    • Min 3 years of experience in B2B Saas company or Marketing for blockchain companies
    • Experience in blockchain space is bonus
    • Written and spoken bilingual proficiency for both English and Japanese
