Tasks

We are looking for a Crypto Partnership Manager who is accountable for creating and overseeing strategic partnerships within the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector. This position centers on the cultivation of relationships with prominent figures in the crypto realm, such as other projects, exchanges, influencers, and businesses, to foster growth, cooperation, and shared success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with the company's objectives
  • Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and contracts
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth integration and collaboration
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, requests, and relationship nurturing
  • Collaborate with partners to conceptualize and execute joint marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze the success and impact of partnership activities, making data-driven improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the crypto and blockchain space
  • Leverage insights to identify strategic partnership opportunities
  • Ensure that all partnerships adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements within the crypto industry
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

Experience:

  • 4+ years of work experience in a Partnership Manager role
  • Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader fintech landscape
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities through partnerships
  • Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance considerations in the crypto industry
  • Tech-savy

Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business or similar

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
