The Company

The Role

Swan is looking to hire an Inside Sales representative to work closely with Swan IRA clients during their onboarding journey.

Your responsibilities

  • Actively engage clients and prospects to build relationships, identify needs, and review IRA investment goals related to Bitcoin.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with new clients by providing high-quality and bespoke support.
  • Qualify inbound leads and determine when to pass a lead to Swan Private Managing Director or to provide some direction for self-service.
  • Coordinate with Swan Private sales team and the Client Services team to provide the best service to incoming IRA leads.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

  • The ideal candidate is a Bitcoin expert with knowledge of IRAs, client services, and direct sales.
  • Has experience with relationship management.
  • Knows how to deeply listen, anticipate needs, and identify opportunities.
  • Required to work US timezones.
