Sales Executive Shakepay is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead outbound sales efforts targeting Canadian businesses and high-net-worth individuals. This role is focused exclusively on customer acquisition through high-touch outreach, relationship building, and tailored sales execution. You’ll be responsible for sourcing new leads, engaging decision-makers, and onboarding new clients to Shakepay’s crypto-powered financial platform. If you’re passionate about crypto, fluent in outbound sales, and confident pitching to sophisticated clients - this role is for you! Success in this role will be measured by:

Number of new business and private client onboardings Trading volume generated by your accounts Net new revenue growth across your portfolio

What you’ll be doing:

Lead Outbound Sales: Proactively identify, qualify, and convert leads among business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. Drive New Revenue: Own the full sales process—from outreach and first call to onboarding and initial funding. Maintain a Disciplined Pipeline: Manage your activity and conversion metrics in HubSpot or equivalent CRM, optimizing for speed and volume. Tailor the Pitch: Adapt Shakepay’s messaging to the needs of each prospect—whether it’s about crypto treasury, efficient large trades, or long-term BTC accumulation. Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Product to surface customer needs and improve our go-to-market approach. Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor trends in digital assets, treasury management, and financial services to spot new opportunities and sharpen your sales angle.

Who we’re looking for:

5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management—ideally in crypto, fintech, OTC trading, or asset management. A strong track record of exceeding sales goals and scaling strategic accounts. Deep understanding of crypto markets, trading behavior, and institutional buyer needs. Experience working with a diverse customer base, including HNWIs, hedge funds, family offices, trading firms, and businesses. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Intercom, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills with a bias toward action.
