We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data analytics for the Solana forward and empower P2P.org with reliable, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll focus on building and optimizing data marts for the Solana ecosystem, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and quality. You will also perform research and analysis to identify opportunities and improve performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise and business acumen, turning complex datasets into meaningful narratives that support decision-making and unlock new growth opportunities. You will 🚀

• Develop automated Solana-related data processing pipelines as well as optimize/refactor existing pipelines. Establish data lineage from sources to reporting.

• Ensure data is available for newly launched networks. This includes searching and researching data sources, writing data collectors independently or defining tasks for the DE/data indexation team.

• Perform research and ad-hoc analysis across Solana related networks including Neon, Pythnet, Tezos, and Monad.

• Develop informative dashboards for the team, company, and community.

• Contribute to company-level reporting and communication with partners and projects.

• Explore the blockchain ecosystem to uncover potential opportunities and risks.

You have 🤓

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Advanced knowledge of data modeling techniques.

• Competence with the analytical Python stack.

• Experience working with ETL instruments such as Airflow and dbt.

• Proficiency in advanced SQL, including different joins and window expressions (utilizing Google BigQuery).

• Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset, Looker)

• Data storytelling skills and the ability to form and defend opinions with data beyond reasonable doubt.

• Data research skills, including probability theory and mathematical statistics, and the ability to work with models like regressions and A/B tests is considered an advantage.

• Fluent in English: B2+

• Knowledge in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is considered a plus!
