We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our Crystal team.

Location: remote.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Analysis and structuring of the existing documentation;
  • Writing documentation >
  • Writing technical documentation for existing functionality;
  • Writing REST API documentation;
  • Writing easy-to-understand user interface text;
  • Writing user notifications and product release notes;
  • Supporting documentation up to date;
  • Interaction with product developers, analysts, testers and project manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or Information Technology;
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in technical writing;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly;
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics;
  • Planning and organisational skills;
  • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development;
  • Basic understanding of REST API;
  • Attention to detail and multitasking;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Experience with OpenAPI specification and XWiki platform is preferred.
