What you’ll contribute to the team:

You are bringing your networking skills and relationships at the intersection of finance, blockchain, and technology to build new partnerships that are strategic to nature. You’ll help break new ground to scale FalconX faster, drive value for us, our partners, and our customers by creating win-win propositions, and be a trusted team player for product, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Work with FalconX leadership to identify opportunities, market landscape, and build partnership strategy
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with our existing partners to ensure continuity, proactively identify opportunities, and manage and scale portfolios.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new services and features that advance FalconX product offerings and solutions.
  • Be the single point of contact on several strategic relationships
  • Provide exceptional project management, status updates, and opportunity briefs to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Institutional Sales, and Coverage teams to proactively define and execute our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Help build, maintain, and expand our Partnerships strategy globally
  • Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & partner decision-makers
  • Identify new opportunities for the firm to expand its reach via partnership opportunities
  • Prioritize ruthlessly, dedicating the team’s time and resources to the most promising opportunities and constantly re-evaluating how to efficiently manage lesser ones
  • Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years at a centralized crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or prop trading firm
  • Solid understanding of the crypto industry, including the different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape
  • Demonstrate a partner-minded, entrepreneurial, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience handling third-party relationships and communicating key findings and proposals
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiar with FalconX products and services, including our trading and prime brokerage services
  • Passion for the crypto space
